Understanding Gratuity Calculation in Consolidated Pay Structures

Dear Sir,

I have completed five years of service in my present organization. I am receiving a consolidated salary. Generally, we calculate gratuity based on the basic salary and DA. Could you please advise me on how to calculate gratuity in my case?

Gratuity formula: Gratuity = Number of years * 15/26 * (BA + DA).

Since the breakup does not exist, it will have to be calculated based on your entire salary.
