Dear Sir,
I am completed five years of service in present organisation. I am getting consolidated salary.
Generally we are calculating gratuity based on basic salary and DA.
So, In my case how to calculate gratuity?.

Gratuity = Number of years * 15/26 * (BA+DA)

Since the breakup does not exist, it will have to be calculated on your entire salary.
