Why do you need games?
What do the rest of the staff think about this? Not everyone likes this sort of thing, and you may have some unhappy staff if they are forced to participate in something that does not interest them.
I have never understood this obsession with games. I personally hate them. There are other ways to foster team spirit, get people talking to each other etc.
