I need your help in preparing a monthly budget sheet for housekeeping cost in mobile handset manufacturing unit , total employee in the building is about 3,000 and area is about 1.5 lakh sqft. Work goes on 24*7 . I have to give a budget for manpower as well as housekeeping consumable cost. Please some one help me in doing this.

But now thinking too start my own facities firm also on Diversey platform.

Make sure you do thorough research of your business idea, and write a comprehensive business plan outlining how you will run the business, along with how you will finance it. You also need to develop a marketing plan to promote the business. Ensure you do a proper SWOT analysis and identify all your competitors in your area. Finally, seek legal and financial advice before you do anything.

You will need at least 12 months of business expenses and at least 18 months of personal and home expenses in hand before you start. NO business makes money from the get go.
