Esic & PF For New Employees For A New Start Up Company?

This is Gayathri, I am a fresher am joined one newly startup company as a HR Exceutive. So please provide me the Information how to generate ESIc & PF for new employees for the Newly Start up Company? Is it is possible for PF & ESIC. Because we already registered our company in start up India. Kindly assist me

If you have reached 10 employees then only ESI registration is mandatory & if you reached 20 employees then both ESI & EPF is mandatory
Both should be done online itself. For that you required Digital Signature Certificate.

For ESIC PF registration you need 10 employees for ESIC & 20 for PF you can obtain register on line & can get code no .

For Reg with PF & ESIC you need not provide any physical paper to submit .
