I have to celebrate the birthday of my company. Please give me some ideas apart from balloons, cake, and lunch.

Hi, I have signed a bond of 3 years in which the prior 3 months are a training period. Now I am not comfortable with the company timing since they told me it's a general shift before joining, and after signing the bond, it's a totally different environment there. So I asked them, but they told me it's the task, and I have to finish it. I am much frustrated and suffering from health issues. I received calls, emails, and posts from the company that I am unavailable for a few days and considered as absconding, so they are proceeding further.

Can you please tell me what further steps they can take and how I should respond?
