The proper interpretation of the term "Team Leader" is applicable to one such individual who actually defines the role assigned to him/her.
But alas! Not everyone is blessed with such kinds of leaders in todays corporate world. Ego needs, self- driven, envious nature, arrogance, over smart all these are ambiguious attributes which demarcates the growth & morale of the team. Team members start receiving negative traits, disagreements, distrust, deceptive and avoids such confrontations so as to maintain moral peace in an organisation.
I being an HR professional since 7 Years want to suggest an implementation of HR ethics, brief study of corporate team leader, etiquettes of becoming successful team player in competitive market prior appointing any individual for that role.
