What is the current wage limit and bonus ceiling under the latest bonus amendment? I also need a copy of the notification regarding when it is proposed, implemented, and what the effective date is.

The latest limit is 21,000/-. It is effective from 1st April 2014, though the various High Courts have granted a stay on its retrospective implementation. You have to follow it effective from 01.04.2015 in any case.
