1. Check if it can make a centralised database of all HR Forms filled by employees
2. Does it give a unique Employee Self-Service Login (ESS) to each employees
3. A cloud based HRMS, and not software base (no need to install on any systems)
4. Comes with Leaves as well as Appraisals modules as well.
Good to haves
1. Recruitment module, to convert 'Joined' candidates to 'on-boarded' employees
