Long Term Career Option For Global HR

Hi,

I have 6 years of HR experience and am currently in the Global HR team, taking care of Reporting and systems. What will be the best long-term career profile? For instance, HR VP, Account Director, like that, and what do I need to do to achieve that?

Hi,

If you are handling only the reporting part with minimal exposure to other operational aspects of HR, then I think the VP role would not be an appropriate target, as very few companies will have an executive role in that specific area.
