I registered myself on the UAN website. However, I have now forgotten my password, and my phone number has also been changed. Consequently, I am unable to reset my password as the OTP is being sent to my old phone number. I attempted to utilize the option in UAN to change both my phone number and password, but it was not successful. I even tried calling the toll-free PF number, but no one is answering. Could you please advise me on how to change my phone number and proceed with a withdrawal?
