we need to detailed literature on both Gratuity and EPF to our New Office.
We need to know the government policy around it, what is the benefit, why is it provided to employees, who are eligible for it, how are they calculated and given to the employees. Resolve this metter

EPFO and ESIC have their official website which gives excellent literature on benefits, calculations, limits, eligibility, etc . Its advisable to go through the relevant links given in the website.
However, I have listed/attached below the most relevant links which enlist benefits of ESIC (downloaded from their site).
