Dear HR Professionals, I am a part of talent acquisition team of an IT/BPO company. We face major challenge in hiring for certain profiles, for Senior leadership level. We generally source candidates from job portals, employee referrals and Linkedin. Sometimes all pool available in job portals get exhausted and we do not get right candidate. Please suggest how can we look for passive job seekers, who do not have their profiles on job portals/not active on Linkedin.
