Which one is better UGC NET HRM or UGC NET MANAGEMENT?

Please let me know which one is better: UGC NET HRM or UGC NET MANAGEMENT.

Few people are suggesting me to opt for management rather than HRM since management has better career prospects.

In my opinion, management will have a wide scope, which includes Human Resource Management (HRM). However, when selecting a subject for the UGC NET exam, the title of your master's degree is crucial. If your master's degree is in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour and Social Welfare, or Human Resource Management, then you cannot select the subject "Management." If you choose it and pass, you may encounter difficulties in securing a position as an Assistant Professor.
