I appeared for an interview at ICICI Bank for the profile CMS approximately a month back via a staffing agency. I received an email from the same stating that I'm selected and asked me to submit a few documents. Furthermore, they mentioned that I would receive a call from HR, which I haven't received yet. Should I still wait for the call or move on? I called the staffing agency regarding the same, and they mentioned that it would take time because they need to verify my CIBIL score and conduct a background check.
