How Can A Fresher Get Experience, If All Jobs Demand Experience SAP HCM

Hello all,

I have recently completed my training in SAP HCM. I have a strong HR domain experience of more than 5 years in Generalist Profile. However, I am struggling to enter the SAP field as all jobs demand at least 2 years of SAP experience. Showing fake experience doesn't fit in with my ethics. What should I do? Are there any other options to get into the SAP field? Seniors, please help.

Hope you are doing well! May I know where you received your training from? Was it from an SAP authorized training partner like Atos/Genovate?

It was not from an authorized education partner. But does that matter? There are enough posts which suggest that even the certification does not guarantee a job.
