Writing CV - how should I write the details like company name, post name, and my accomplishments?

Sir/Madam, Am writing my CV, I have only 1-year of experience in the HR field. now in my CV under work exp. how should I write the details like company name, post name, and my accomplishments or work done there?

You can write both the details.
Some people do not prefer to write the name of their company at the time of application.
However the same thing can be verbally conveyed during the interview.
You can also refer several posts from Cite HR Archives to get a better idea.
