Diploma In Labour Law And Industrial Relation - will This Diploma Course Be Profitable For My Career growth?

Dear All, I am presently working in a company as IR personnel, but don't have any special degree/course related to Industrial relation/ HR, I think this is the big reason that I could not get appropriate carrier growth, So I am seeking your kind suggestion to pursue some relevant diploma course in Delhi NCR by recognized distance education institutions, So will This Diploma Course Be Profitable For My Career growth? (Diploma in Labour Law and Industrial relation or MSW).

This IRPM diploma is equivalent to MSW.
