Hi, Please clarify me the below: Is PT payable on Fixed Gross Salary or monthly earned gross.
Ex:- Mr. X Gross salary has been fixed Rs. 20000/-. but in a month he attended only 15 days and his Gross salary is only Rs. 10000/-. Now is he eligible to pay PT of Rs. 200/- (since fixed gross is Rs. 15000 above) or no PT applicable since his earned Gross is below Rs. 15000/-
