Hello,
My qualification is Marketing but I have been trying to help my husband to create a better HR policies in the organization. I wanted to implement Performance Appraisal, Employee of the Year and Best Sales person of the month. Our parameter has strong weightage for quantity which is higher weightage to target achievement. I am not able to formulate a format for the same. I know the factors but not sure how to put it in a format.
Our organisation is into Trading of FMCG products like Garnier, Henkel, etc.
Will be glad if I can seek help on this.
