I require your suggestions. I am working in a company as an HR executive. Here, there is no PF and ESIC facility available. Also, the company is not registered for PF and ESIC.
Please suggest what I have to do for the same because I have discussed it many times but have not received a proper response.
My questions are:
1. Can a company operate without registering for PF and ESIC?
2. Is it up to the company to provide PF and ESIC facilities to their employees?
