It is always good if you do MBA in regular mode as all good companies now a days are preferring/asking candidates who have done their MBA in regular mode.
However there are many companies whose main focus is on experience not on your qualification mode and hence in these case a correspondence MBA will serve the purpose.
As you have already got 3 yrs of experience in this field , you may go for correspondence course without taking a break from your corporate career. And if you go for regular one , then you have to take a break of 2 yrs and need to start your career right from the beginning as in most of the interview cases, your experience may not be counted.
Also note, if you are working with some consultancy, your salary is low and your are young , then it is advisable to do MBA in regular mode as you have time in hand.
