Rules of late depositing of PF Amount in EPF account?

Please tell me rules of late depositing of PF Amount in EPF account?? and also the late payment of ESI and His interest rate

Dear Mr Goel,
Greetings for the day,
Your answer will be as follows :
Delay in deposit of P.F. dues attracts penal damages,& Damages are levied at the following FLAT RATES:
1. For 0 — 2 months delay - @ 5 % p.a.
2. For 2 — 4 months delay - @10 % p.a.
3. For 4 — 6 months delay - @ 15 % p.a.
4. For delay above 6 months - @ 25 % p.a. (subject to a maximum of 100%)
