Creating Payslips - Can someone provide me with a way to create a salary slip to send to employees?

Can someone provide me with a way to create a salary slip to send to employees? As we don't use any software so we have to do it manually. So if i can get some simpler way.

I believe you are using Microsoft excel for processing salary, if so you may use vlookup to create salary slip template which will be user and handy. You may search in google regarding Vlookup or revert us for more update.
you may use manual as used in past that you can print salary slip format in then you can fill all details by pen.
I would advice to use Vlookup or if you need template mail me in [Login to view].

It is better to go for some system as excel sheets are susceptible to changes or manipulations. These can get deleted also if there is a problem. There are several systems available in the market and are quite cheap also.
