Gratuity Issue. Company Is Not Responding...

Hi,
I am Kamleshwar from Delhi. I had worked 8 years 8 month in delhi based private limited software company. After releving I came to know about gratuity. From last two month company is not replying my mail asked for gratuity. On phone, HR is not giving any proper (Accepting/Denying) reply. She is saying we are looking this matter. Please suggest me what will I do next?

Write to labour officer of the area with full details of your employment,details of correspondence with your ex employer.
I am sure there will some action from Labour Officer.
