If an employee works on Sunday as overtime and the company pays him according to the overtime policy, my question is as follows: if the company pays overtime as per the norm, should they also give any weekly off to their employees on any other working day? If the employer does not provide a weekly off to the employee when they are paid overtime according to the norm, can this be considered acceptable?
