- Is there any law that favors an employee against an employer for sudden dismissal or any unnecessary issues?

- Is there any law available to address employee rights regarding discrepancies between the deducted amount for EPF and the amount actually paid into EPF?

- What can be done if no amount is paid for two to three months despite deductions from the employee's salary?

- Are there any laws to prevent the management from creating a stressful work atmosphere?

- If the management dislikes an individual and issues two to three warning notices in a single day before firing them, is there a law that protects the employee's rights in this situation?

- What actions can be taken if employees are cheated by the management regarding their salary and incentives as per the agreement?

Therefore, it would be very difficult for anyone to give straight-jacket answers. The profile of your employer, as presented in your post, also seems to be inimical to unionization. Instead of forming a new union for yourselves, you can consider joining a powerful general workers' union affiliated with an All-India Federation operating in your area.
