Not Yet Having Degree Certificate Only Grand Total. Will It Work In MNC's

I had done MBA in 2010-11, and I am having only MBA Grand Total. Earlier, I had applied for the degree, but it has not yet been received. In 2013, my postal address was changed, so the institute from where I had done the course told me that they have collected it on my behalf. However, to date, they haven't issued me the provisional degree. When I tried to inquire about the same, I came to know that the university is now closed. Meanwhile, recently I got selected in an MNC. HR is asking about my MBA degree. The job profile for which I had applied does not require a postgraduate degree. I am unsure about what to do now.

Kindly provide us with the name of the university and explain why it was closed.

"University is closed" - Sounds strange. Anyways, mark sheets will work. One important thing, it will depend on organization to organization.

EIILM University, due to some discrepancies, the government had closed it down. In 2013, it got highlighted, and on August 5, 2015, it was closed.
