Change In Factory License...

Dear All,
Recently my company name changed and want to make changes in factory license, we are in maharashtra. Please let me know if there is any procedure need to be followed.

You have to take a demand draft for Rs. 50/- and submit the form 1 and 2 with board of directors details in form 32 (MCA) and submit with your license book. They will change it and provide you a new book in a months time.
