Recently, my company changed its name and we need to update our factory license. We are located in Maharashtra. Please let me know if there are any procedures that need to be followed.

You have to take a demand draft for Rs. 50 and submit forms 1 and 2 with the details of the board of directors in Form 32 (MCA) along with your license book. They will make the changes and provide you with a new book within a month's time.
