I Want Some Suggestion For Employee Activity

Hi,
I am Manjiri Pore Working in mid size Company. Could you please suggest me various ways to host/ conduct employee engagement activity, birthday celebration & fun activities.

You can start distributing Greeting Cards on Birthdays of employees, arranging cultural programmes on festivals among families of employees.
You may start picnic policy with intention of dining outside the office premises.
There are agencies which conduct leisure activities among employees

Employee engagement is more of good org policies, best PMS in place, career mapping of employees, employees training, social security, best reward n recognition system in place.
