I have recently joined a startup and setting up the HR Practices here.
I need to know what are the Mandatory Company and HR Policies every organisation should have by the Indian Law and which Act do they fall in
Would really appreciate help here.

Following are the compulsory policies
1. Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace
2. Prohibition of usage of Tobacco and such product
Rest thing you need to include in the policy as per law such as maternity leaves, minimum paid leaves in a year etc
