Non Disclosure For Outside Consultant

Hello and Good Day to all fellow members. I'm in a bit of a bind here and in dire need of an NDA. It is going to be sent to our tax consultant whom we just hired (Independent/Outside Contractor, not an employee). Any help will be much appreciated.

I appreciate your suggestions. I did try to search online; however, the NDAs that I found do not cover financial data. What I need is something a little more specific to data protection along with non-disclosure.

Any information on the internet would obviously be generic—you would need to tailor it to your actual needs. But if you need a tailor-made template, like Nathrao suggested, consult a corporate lawyer. Alternatively, use the template available and sit with your finance team to add the clauses you wish to include.
