Employer Not Paying Salary As Mentioned In Offer Letter

Dont want to tell my name
Hi Guys, I am working for a very small company which has employees in single digit, is not paying salary as mentioned in offer letter.
I am talking about basic+HRA+travel allowance, there is Performance allowance also but i am excluding that. Owner is saying that i will pay as i want based on the performance, that too after around 50 days. There is no revised offer letter. He is giving the salary very less then mentioned in offer letter. He has done this with some (most) of the employees before. Please Suggest if any legal action can be taken.
Thanks

Yes i am ready, Please suggest What are the steps and procedures to follow on this. Should i first register an FIR? Is there any chance of negative action against me.

Hello,
Nathrao's query 'Are you ready to take up a legal battle??' PRESUMED that you are aware of the consequences and/or the steps for going legal.
Are you aware of them?
Your counter-query 'Is there any chance of negative action against me' gives an impression that you aren't aware of the FULL gamut of the possibilities of going legal.......not that going legal is wrong.
And to answer this query--one can't rule-out any counter-action against you........obviously IF you were in your boss's position, would you just sit waiting while getting badgered....legally or otherwise?
A few more inputs from your end will enable the members to give you more actionable suggestions:
1] How long did you work here?
2] What's the reason.....to the best extent you know....for your Employer not paying the full salaries or delaying them?
3] What did you mean by "He has done this with some (most) of the employees before"? Is it 'some' OR 'most'?
4] First & foremost, going legal would involve expenses......that's one of the premises made by Nathrao. Are you OK with it?
Rgds,
TS

Mr Dont want to tell my name,
Consult a lawyer.
He will tell you his charges.
There are many ways to prove less payment-offer letter v/s amount credited in bank etc.
The lawyer will explain the matter in full.

I am ready to take action but I need some idea about the expenses and if the result will be in my favour then what will I get and the time it will take.
