How to chose between two job offers- parameters to consider

I have a total of 4 years of work experience. Fortunately, I have received 2 offers to join. One offer is from IBM and the other is from Client HP under Ecentric payroll.

Please advise me on which offer would be best to accept and what factors I should consider in order to make the most informed decision.
