Company Refuse To Pay Salary

I agreed to work in Impex hitech rubber company in faridabad without written documents as per their words for probation period of two months.
I work for 35 days and when i asked for salary owner simply said \"NO\". what to do now? but i have all the copy of work with me that i did for them.

You are advised to make a written complaint to the nearest labour commissioner office stating all the facts and figures. Also attach to the complaint letter the copy of documentary evidence of your 35 days work with the company.
