Company Refuse To Pay Salary

I agreed to work at Impex Hitech Rubber Company in Faridabad without written documents, based on their verbal agreement for a probation period of two months. I worked for 35 days, and when I asked for my salary, the owner simply said "NO." What should I do now? I have copies of all the work I completed for them.

You are advised to make a written complaint to the nearest labor commissioner's office, stating all the facts and figures. Also, attach to the complaint letter the copy of documentary evidence of your 35 days of work with the company.
