Bonus - worked in last financial year and this year I resigned

Please guide me on the below query. I worked in a reputed courier and cargo company for almost one and a half years. I just want to know, suppose I worked in the last financial year and this year I resigned from that company, then in this situation, am I eligible to get the bonus from last year? If yes, when would I receive the same? I mean, at the time of Full & final settlement or when the company disburses the bonus to all employees? Please guide me.

What is the tenure of your service? What was your designation when you joined?

If you have resigned before April, then you can't... obviously, one bonus you have already received since you have stated that you worked for 1 year.

I joined on 14/10/13 and my last day of working was 31/05/2015. My designation was Business Development Executive. I worked from April-14 to March-15, so I just want to know if I would receive the bonus for the last year in this year. Would I get it at the time of F&F or later?

If your basic salary is more than Rs. 10,000/- when combined with your Dearness Allowance (DA) salary, you are not eligible for a bonus; otherwise, you are eligible.

It is important to maintain communication with your colleagues during the company's bonus disbursement process. You can contact your company and submit a request letter for the bonus.

If your base salary was > Rs. 10000, you will be entitled to receive a bonus for April 14 to March 15 and also for April 15 to May 15 as in these months you have worked for more than 30 days. Either the amounts will be paid along with your F&F or you will have to claim the same when the company declares the same, which can happen in Oct or Nov 15.

Sir, agar koi employee financial year mein last month join hua hai 26 days working ke sath to kya is ek mahine ka bonus banega usko dena padega kya?
