Short Term Courses suitable for HR & Personnel Officer?

This is Dhiraj Joshi. I am working in a private company as an HR & Personnel Officer. I am only a graduate student. Can anybody tell me which short-term course is suitable for me from a professional point of view? I am very confused.

You can decide based on your existing educational qualifications and job profile. Courses on labor law can be considered. An Executive MBA course can be thought of. Payroll management is another area where one can focus. Your work experience, interest areas, and present qualifications can be the basis for further studies.
