EPF TO Casual And Contract Labours Engaged By BSNL

Dear All,
Please find attached a circular by Addl. CPFC - I (Compliance) dated 22.04.2015 wherein all the RPFC are advised to extend the PF scheme to the casual and contract labours engaged by BSNL and also to initiate 7A proceedings. This is for your information / awareness.
There are so many employers like BSNL in India.

Very true. There are many others.
This one is a government company and should have obeyed all laws. Private companies are worse as the cost goes out of their pocket. On the other hand, probably bsnl officers know any penalty a paid by government anyway
