What Should Be The Best Salary Structure For FY.2015-16 ? (as Per Changes In Budget)

What should be the best salary structure, that will be beneficial for both i.e employer and employee in context of taxation? In the last budget there are some changes so, what are the components should be changed in salary structure?

As per my knowledge government has not issued any notification for effective date of changes.
Please do not give any tax benefits to your employees before any circulars.
There is only one change for salary structure head i.e. Transportation Allowance 1600Rs from 800Rs per month but no circulars available for effective date.

Rightly said by learned member Ashish.
The budget is not yet passed by Parliament.
Wait until the budget gets passed and then changes in salary structure can be thought off.

As per my belief, it should be remain unchanged except that of T.A. & There is no need of any circular as the same thing is visible in salary slips.
