How To Know If The Employer Is Genuine Or Not ?

Dear Seniors,
I am looking for a job and I got an offer letter from a company "Farmer Welfare Association" ().
They are asking for training fee and joining fee before joining.
I want to know if the company is genuine or not. Shall I have to pay for the fees they are asking before joining.
Your expertise would be very helpful for me.

never join any company which asks for joining fee. You work for them and get paid for that. No good company will ask for joiining fee.
