Effective Team Building Activities for Employee Engagement

Greetings to Seniors...!!!

I have just joined an IT company, and I am new to this field of HR. In this company, they are planning to go for an outing to Manali, and the director wants me to organize team-building activities with the employees in Manali. This company is very small, around 20 employees are working, and I am the first person in HR. So before this, there were no activities or anything for employee entertainment or team building.

Can you please help me by suggesting some activities in Manali for team building or to establish good communication between the employees?

I am a soft skills trainer and a channel partner on YouTube. There are over 70 videos loaded on the channel. By watching them, you can gather plenty of ideas. It is always more beneficial to have a variety of activities rather than just sharing knowledge in a classroom setting. Among the activities, team-building games stand out. I usually record these games, play them back, and initiate discussions on mistakes made and the subsequent analysis, which proves to be much more engaging.
