Future Prospects In HR Recruitments.

Hi ,
Can anyone please guide me about the future growth in HR Recruitments. I m wkg as IT recruiter in US Rec. But I want to persue my career as HR which gets job in all the companies not only in recruitments. Should I go for some certification/training in HR or MBA or SAP-HR. I 'm confused. Please help me about the training institutes in India who gives HR course training and placements.

SAP( functional) or Core HR
b> What sort of efforts,time & money are you willing to invest only dat will help u decide on whether you should opt for Full time MBA , executive/Part time mba , Distance Learning courses or specific training programs...

even I am into recruitments from last one month...I aspire to become a successful HR and to be employed in successful companies such as HCL,Infosys,ORACLE.......or any other successful company..
Please help me by replying what is a must in my resume to be a part of these companies as an HR.....Please help!!!!
