I am working as an HR executive in a small organization. My senior manager has asked me to frame HR policies such as an Employee Health Policy, Appraisal Policy, and Appointment Policy. Since I am a fresher, I don't have any idea how to draft a policy.
Could anybody please help me out with your guidelines? I would be grateful if someone could share the format.
