Troubleshooting EPFO ECR Uploading Error 001 and Processing Issues

While uploading my ECR file, I am having a problem with Error 001. The lines are not in the correct ECR format, which should have 25 fields separated by #~#. This issue is occurring on multiple lines, starting from line number 1 through line number 14.

I need assistance on how to correct this error. Please advise on the necessary steps to rectify this issue efficiently.

After submitting the ECR text file, the status shows a processing error. Please help me with how it can be rectified.
