Manufacturing flow sheet depicts various processing stages from
a given set of inputs up to the finished product.
You have not indicated what type of manufacturing industry is yours.
So build up the following sequence.
Raw Materials + Energy + Consumables + Processing in machines > Finished product !!!
It looks simple, but actually you need more inputs from your technical team.
