Six Sigma Certification In HRM

Hi Guys,
I am working as a process Leader - Human Resources in one of the reputed organizations. I am planning to do a six sigma course in HR but unfortunatley I have no much info on it. Can anybody please help in finding the criterias, + & - of it and how does it help an individual in his/her growth.
