New Manufacturing Plant in Bhiwadi: Do We Need a Separate PF Code for Employees?

Dear all, we have a head office in Delhi, and we have a PF code for employees. Now, we are starting a new manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. Please let me know if there is a need for a new PF code for this location.

However, if you want to maintain separate registers for salary and other particulars, you are required to obtain a separate PF Code for the employees in Rajasthan. Then, obtain a separate PF Code for the Manufacturing division located in Rajasthan.

You require a separate company PF code approved from the Jaipur PF office.
