I currently follow a standard questionnaire to assess language proficiency, flexibility for work, and background, but I am unsatisfied with the results. I am looking to enhance my recruitment process and have already decided to involve someone from operations in the final recruitment decision. However, I am open to more ideas on how to make my work remarkable and appreciated.
