I really want to say one thing Sir that I am not looking for any spoon feeding. I have not been sent these type of mails in my career, so I really confused in drafting it. Because, whenever i tried to do it, I was afraid that I may sound proud or arrogant in informing the others stating that I have been assigned another department. As others said it will be professional if the management sends this information to employees, but in my case I was asked by my management to inform all the employees about this change.
