Pan India Profession Tax Registration - DOC Download

I need the procedure and forms for pan-India Professional Tax registration. We require registration in all states. We are prepared to pay 50% in advance before registration and the remaining 50% after receiving the valid original documents of the registration.

Professional Tax is a state law. Each state has its own law. Some states do not have this law/tax. Each state has its own rules, regulations, and procedures regarding the registration and levy of tax. There is no PAN India registration. You need to approach every state authority in this regard with relevant papers. In many states, this department is online and IT rollout.

Most of the states follow more or less the same procedures and records to be maintained. Of course, rates of taxes vary from state to state. If you have offices/factories/shops, as the case may be, in all states, you have to register in all the states. Please read this link and attachments to know more as samples.
