HI,My name is Bindu working a HR officer in a construction company .Mine is a real estate company based in cochin,kerala. our staffs mainly constitutes of Project managers,site supervisors,engineers etc.

Performance Apprisal is very lenghty process. it is not restricted only for forms or format.
It involves Scorecards, Banchmark & etc.
